It’s not very often I get mail from overseas, and so today’s arrival really made my day. It’s a small portfolio of images I had published in the most recent issue of Radiate Magazine. I’d like to thank Stu Egan for his help collaborating with the issue, as well as for editing my interview in it. I was especially stoked to land the cover, mainly because it was shot with a half-frame Olympus Pen-F. I don’t really show very much of my work to my students at Andover, usually once a semester I’ll pick a day and really talk about my own work. Needless to say, tomorrow will be that day. I’ve already got a presentation lined up, one that includes maps of my old turf in NYC and what a tight cluster of locales these images represent. I can’t wait to tell them that the cover image was taken at the corner of Ludlow and Rivington Streets.
